Our company, Man In Time Consulting was established in 1999 with the aim to contribute to the functioning, the human resource management and thus the business success of Hungarian companies through its professional experience, preparedness and profound knowledge of the market. The person conceiving and establishing the firm, Judit Németh, after pursuing teaching, economics and human resources studies, worked in a multinational corporate environment, but is also well-acquainted with the tasks, pitfalls and opportunities of human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises. Members of our team are dedicated economists who have spent several years working in human resource management. Personality tests are conducted by our experienced graphologist colleague.
Initially, our profile is the selection and recruitment of professionals, but our clients’ changing demands have made it necessary to apply complete human resource management and organisational development strategies, also by outsourcing. Our objective is to build on our personal qualities and expertise in order to partially or entirely manage human resources of small and middle-sized companies, thus saving time, money and energy for our clients.
The last few years were beneficial for our cooperation with production companies mainly; we keep on receiving a growing number of assignments from the industrial sector to the challenges of which we are responding with an ever-growing success.
