The aim of our training courses is to develop the skills and competencies of our associates in order to enhance their personal success which, in turn, leads to the success of the business. According to our client’s request, we devise a person-specific or a company-specific training program, having in mind the most important demands of the client.

Our method
Practise of skills by simulating real-life situations and with all the participants' active involvement, followed by short presentations. We conduct a survey of areas that need development and, on the basis of the survey and our client's requests, we create a training program. The maximum number of participants is 12 to 15 people, and the duration is 2 to 5 days. The training is conducted by well-qualified and experienced business trainers.

Types of training offered by our company:

Communication in the business life
Aim: to develop the participants' communication skills in the light of everyday workplace situations.

Assertivity enhancement and conflict management training
Aim: to develop assertive attitude in social relationships, leading to convincing behaviour, adapting to the workplace, a successful career and effective conflict management.

Presentation techniques training
Aim: to develop and improve attitudes, skills and competencies that influence a successful presentation.

Project management training
Aim: to learn how to promote the initiation, planning, follow-up and closing of a project so that the set objectives be delivered on time and within the framework budget; in other words, so that the participants get acquainted with the attitudes and methodology of project management.

Sales training
Aim: to develop skills enabling successful salesmanship through special exercises, and through discovering creative reserves within the personality of people involved in the process of selling.

Competence-based interview techniques
Aim: to mediate immediately applicable empirical methods through which our participants are able to enhance their recruitment efficiency more effectively.

HR for non-HR experts
Aim: to present modern HR methods to representatives of small and medium-sized companies, since they usually do not have an HR team at their disposal. We believe that an appropriate HR strategy can radically change an enterprise’s presence on the market.

Decision making and problem-solving
Aim: to get acquainted with the theory and practice of optimal decision-making.

Efficient time management
Aim: to get to know and acquire time management techniques.

Team building
Aim: through discovering and developing new communicational channels, we would like to enhance the employees’ empathy and cooperative competence, and through this their loyalty towards each other and the corporation.

Our client’s effectiveness, efficiency and organisation improves as a consequence of applying coach. With the help of business coaching, the working method which was supposed to be proven, however, lacked efficiency, is changed and the coached person gets the opportunity to focus more on his personal development and growth.
Business coaching is guided conversation between two people and usually involves middle or senior managers. It focuses on successful business including its short and long term plans.
The role of senior managers’ is a lonely job, especially if they own their firm, too. Areas such as the personal development of the manager, his/her relationship with other managers or the different business challenges are confidential matters. However, it is these issues exactly that require thinking aloud and sometimes constructive feedback.
An external, objective coach’s task is to question the manager in basic matters, in order to gather further information on the basis of which the coach can map the specific areas.
